Customer Account Manager
Reports To
Director – Sales
Job hours
7:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. IST – should be able to work during the night shift to align with US clients.
Job Overview
- Manage day-to-day client interactions via email
- Handle status calls with clients and internal stakeholders
- Build relationships with client stakeholders to mine accounts for more business
- Track and report account performance on a weekly basis
- Manage campaigns end to end from RFQ to completion including reject reporting and analysis
Skills
- Strong in MS Office especially MS Word and MS Excel with a working knowledge of MS Powerpoint
- Email communication to manage stakeholders, handle escalations
- Ability to articulate thoughts verbally in a crisp and structured manner
- Prior experience managing US based clients
- Mindset for process optimization and improvement
Responsibilities and Duties
- Respond to RFQs. The SLA for response is 20 mins from the time we receive the RFQ.
- Manage responses from clients. These may include updates/lead rejects/summary etc.
- Create account performance reports
- Manage the MIS for quote-to- conversion metrics
Qualifications
- MBA from Tier 3 MBA colleges and above.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer/client management roles.
